‘Lașcă’ is the regional name given to traditional, homemade, Romanian noodles that are used in both sweet & savoury dishes. In Transylvania the thin noodles are famously added to clear, chicken soups. Made by hand from only flour, eggs and a little salt these pasta products are 100% natural and certified as a traditional Romanian product.
