Refund policy
RETURNS
It is our policy at De Mână to ensure that all products are supplied to our customers in perfect condition. We take every possible precaution in packing your goods to ensure that this is the case.
However, occasionally goods can get damaged in transit. If this happens with your parcel, we will replaced the damaged items immediately without charge, once you have contacted us with details of your order, the item concerned and a photo of the damage.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If you wish to return an item, it must be unopened and in the same condition in which you received it.
To return your product please email us directly info@de-mana.com with your original order confirmation and reason for return, we will then provide you with a pre-paid returns postage label.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please send us an email at info@de-mana.com so we can help you out.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping when returning orders. We do not refund the original shipping paid for the order.
