Description
A fruity, light and delicate tea containing apple, green rooibos, verbina, orange, blackberry, marigold, blackcurrant, honeybush, blackberry and blackcurrant leaves. This delicious blend is calming and comforting, full of antioxidants and vitamins from real fruits and plants. It pairs perfectly with a drop of raw honey.
This tea can help to reduce stress and anxiety levels, induce relaxation, relieve irritability, insomnia and depression. It can also strengthen the immune system and reduce inflammation due to the antioxidants in the super fruits it contains.
Infuse one teaspoon of the tea in 200ml of water at 90-100 degrees Celcius for 5 minutes. The tea comes in a reusable metal box.
