Description 

Birthwort, also known as Aristolochia (Aristolocia clematitis) is a plant that has historically been used in traditional medicine for the purpose of skin regeneration and circulation problems. It is important to note that this tea is ONLY for external use.

It can be used externally in the case of skin problems such as eczema, psoriasis, varicose veins, skin wounds or burns and suggested methods of use are compresses, skin rinses or baths. The plant is renowned for its antibiotic, antiviral, antiseptic, healing and regenerating properties. 

It is important to note that whilst many people find herbal remedies helpful, individual responses can vary. 

Consumption: To prepare the infusion, add on tablespoon of the tea to 2 litres of boiling water, infuse for 1 minute and leave to cool for a further 15 minutes before use.
