There is something untamed about honey mushrooms. They appear in the forest in great waves after autumn rain, carrying with them the damp aroma of fallen leaves and the mystery of the woodland floor. At Cămara Dacică, these mushrooms are foraged and pickled in small batches, their firm texture and deep forest flavour are preserved just enough to bring a cheerful bite to your table.

Part of the Murmur Collection, this pickle contains only honey mushrooms, apple cider vinegar, acacia honey, garlic and a touch of Celtic salt - absolutely no refined sugar or artificial additives. The result is a tangy, earthy pickle that pairs beautifully with slow cooked stews, roasted meats or simple rustic dishes, adding contrast, depth and a whisper of the wild.
