Discover a delicious apple cider vinegar obtained from unfiltered and unpasteurised apple juice, containing 'mother of the vinegar'.
To make this vinegar, the apple juice is left in barrels in the cellar, where the temperature is kept constant throughout the year. This factor ensures the controlled fermentation of the juice that naturally turns into cider. Due to the fact that the juice from which the vinegar is made is not pasteurised or filtered, a culture develops which is known as 'the mother of the vinegar.' More specifically, this is a mixture of enzymes & beneficial bacteria that give the vinegar its taste as well as medicinal properties.
For the perfect taste, Măr de Bran press their apples in the Autumn when they are freshly picked, full of nutrients and at their most complex flavour. In two very demanding weeks they sort, wash, chop & pass through a press the apples, before beginning the process of fermentation into vinegar.
As well as for its' uses in cooking and food preparation, it is suggested that taking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before meals can be highly beneficial. This product contains no added sulphites.
