Description 

Juniper tincture is a powerful herbal extract derived from Juniperus Communis, a coniferous plant known for its aromatic berries which are commonly used in cooking and for medicinal purposes.  Juniper has a long history of traditional use in herbal medicine and as well as supporting general health with its antioxidant effects and anti inflammatory properties it is also considered a natural solution for kidney and bladder health.

Juniper berries are known for their diuretic effects, meaning they can increase urine production which can help eliminate excess fluids from the body. The property has led to the historical use of juniper for conditions such as water retention and urinary tract infections.

Extracts such as tinctures offer a convenient alternative to herbal teas. Many are used in food, food supplements, cosmetics and as an ingredient by herbalists.  It is important to note that whilst many people find herbal remedies helpful, individual responses can vary.

Internal use: Take a teaspoon of juniper tincture up to 3 times per day 20-30 minutes before your main meal, plain or diluted in tea or water.
