Description

This white bean spread known as 'fasole bătută' is one of Romania's most beloved traditional dishes - a simple yet satisfying white bean dip that has been enjoyed for many generations. Made from slowly boiled beans, blended with oil, garlic and seasoning, it has a smooth, creamy texture and a comforting taste. 

Served in the traditional way, topped with sautéed onions, with the sweetness of caramelised onions perfectly complementing the richness of the beans.

Storage
