Description
Ecotravio's Spring risotto mix brings together the light, vibrant flavours of the garden in a carefully balanced blend. With green peas, radishes, green courgette, onion and wild garlic, it captures the freshness and gentle brightness of springtime ingredients.
Carefully dehydrated to preserve natural flavour and nutrients, these vegetables retain their character without the need for colourings or preservatives. Combined with risotto rice, this ready to use mix makes it easy to prepare a light and aromatic risotto that celebrates the simple, fresh tastes of the season.
How to enjoy...
Fry the contents with 2 tablespoons of oil for 5 minutes. Add 50ml of white wine and let it boil until it evaporates. Gradually add, in small doses 600ml of broth or water and leave on a low heat for 20 minutes. Finally mix with a little butter and serve with Parmesan cheese to taste.
