Prepared entirely by hand and made in small batches, Romanian ciocolată de casă has a soft, creamy, melt in the mouth texture similar to fudge.

Made with milk powder, Romanian butter, cocoa powder, sugar syrup, local walnuts and a sprinkle of salt, this fudge-like chocolate is rich, comforting and perfectly balanced. The walnuts are lightly roasted, add a gentle crunch and deepen the flavour, while the butter gives the chocolate its unmistakable velvet texture.
