This bar begins with single origin cocoa beans from Hacienda Victoria, Ecuador, known for their balanced profile of ripe fruit, warm spices and gentle bitterness.

To this smooth 67% semi-sweet dark chocolate, Livstory adds just 3% chilli powder, creating a bar that is rich and silk at first taste, slowly building to a gentle heat that lingers on the palate. The interplay of deep cocoa and warming spice is bold yet refines - never overwhelming, always in balance.
