This delicious spread blends raw honey, wild bilberries and pure cocoa, bean to bar chocolate for a flavour that is both vibrant and rich. The bilberries bring a forest berry sweetness and gentle tartness, beautifully complimented by the depth of dark cocoa and the smooth sweetness of honey.

The base is made from raw honey and raw bilberries, carefully combined at a low temperature to maintain the fruit's natural character. The addition of 100% cocoa, bean to bar chocolate adds a velvety texture and an intense chocolate finish.
