For the production of chocolate, cocoa beans are harvested, fermented and dried. The shells are then removed from the beans, so that the beans can be transformed into the much-desired chocolate and the shells become a by-product that are often discarded. However, these shells are rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and should not go unnoticed, here you will find them as the base of this cacao tea infusion.

How to consume

You can brew this cacao infusion like a tea, but is recommended to use a French press to achieve a more intense flavour. It is important to stir continuously for 30 seconds to homogenize the taste. You can drink it as it is or 'spice it up' with honey, agave syrup or milk.
