This hearty vegetable stew with rice is prepared by Land Luft, using only fresh, wholesome vegetables from the rich soils of Satu Mare. Kapia peppers, onions and carrots are gently simmered in tomato juice, then combined with rice, oil and seasonings to create a dish that is rich in flavour and full of plentiful goodness.
