We are happy to introduce to you this unique collection of miniature clay houses made by Povești din Lut, which translates to stories from clay. Each house is meticulously handcrafted from natural clay and then fired in a wood-fired oven at over 1000 degrees. The houses are then painted and decorated by hand in a beautiful collection of colours and styles.

These houses capture the timeless beauty of traditional Romanian architecture in towns and villages across the country. They feature iconic steeply pitched roofs, intricately detailed windows, beautiful arched gates, all of which are brought to life in vibrant, hand painted colours.
