Using a generous blend of pleurotus and champignon mushrooms, slowly cooked with seasoned peppers, tomatoes, carrots and condiments, it brings a truly authentic flavour with every spoonful.
Smooth yet hearty, this zacuscă spreads beautifully on fresh bread, pairs wonderfully with polenta or can be enjoyed simply straight from the jar.
