Description
Ecotravio's Autumn risotto mix brings together the rich, earthy flavours of the forest and garden in one perfectly balanced blend. Featuring wild porcini mushrooms, sweet pumpkin, onion, aubergine and leek, it captures the essence of the harvest season in Romania.
Carefully dehydrated to preserve nutrients and flavour, without dyes or preservatives, this ready to use mix makes it simple to cook a comforting risotto that's full of depth, aroma and natural goodness.
How to enjoy...
Fry the contents with 2 tablespoons of oil for 5 minutes. Add 50ml of white wine and let it boil until it evaporates. Gradually add, in small doses 650ml of broth or water and leave on a low heat. Finally mix with a little butter and serve with Parmesan cheese to taste.
