That's it! 100% natural & free from additives. The fresh and aromatic fruit is picked at full ripeness and prepared in the traditional way - in a cauldron like pan over a wood fire, to capture the pure essence of strawberries ripened under the summer sun. The slow and traditional wood-fire preparation allows the fruit to retain its intense flavour and vibrant colour.
This jam is a pure joy and will instantly transport you to childhood memories of serene summers. We love it on a slice of fresh bread with butter, added to yoghurt or layered in the middle of a simple sponge cake.
