Description
An authentic, Romanian jam recipe made with only spontaneous mountain blackberries & sugar. That's it! 100% natural & free from additives & preservatives. Prepared in the traditional way - in a cauldron like pan over a wood fire, by hand. This jam is boiled at a low temperature and with a minimum of sugar in order to preserve the vitamins, aroma & colour of the fruit - 70% fruit & 30% sugar.
A rich jam with warm, earthy flavours reminding us of late summer. We love it with roast duck, fresh goats cheese or a delicious baked Camembert cheese.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place. After opening store in the refrigerator & consume within 10 days.
