This tea is composed of a well studied blend of medicinal plants that include motherwort, nettle, hawthorn, white horehound, shepherd's purse, white dead nettle, wild thyme, common stork's-bill, valerian and arnica.

It is important to note that whilst many people find herbal remedies helpful, individual responses can vary. 

Consumption: To prepare the tea, add a teaspoon of the mix to 250ml boiling water and leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes. It is recommended to consume unsweetened or with a little honey. To benefit from optimal therapeutic effects, it is recommended to consume 3 cups of tea a day before the main meals.

Duration of consumption car vary from 1-3 months, depending of the severity of the condition. For a more effective approach, combine administration with our hawthorn and valerian tincture (one teaspoon per cup of tea).
