A flour obtained from the grinding and sifting of the meal resulting from the cold pressing of hemp seeds.
With a high nutrient content and a protein content of 30% along with a high percentage of fibre (43%), this flour can become a reliable ally in a health conscious diet. It is ideal as part of a vegetarian/ vegan/ gluten free/ lactose free or sugar free diet. It can be used purely or combined with other flours in baked products or can be added to smoothies or shakes to add an increased protein content.
