Description
In the Măr de Rai factory on the hills of Batoș, an honest, raw white wine vinegar is created with only the best quality ingredients. Discover this special vinegar obtained from the fermentation of wine in beech wood. Măr de Rai use their own traditional recipes and for the best quality of vinegar, the entire process of creating it is kept as natural as possible, unpasteurised and free from preservatives, additives or flavourings.
The product retains all of the nutritional properties specific to grapes and in addition is enhanced with acids and enzymes produced during the fermentation stage.
