Tarragon preserved in vinegar is a classic Romanian preserve perfect for seasoning sauces, soups and stews. Simply chop it up and add it to your favourite recipes and enjoy the beautiful herbaceous liquorice like favour all year round.
Our personal favourite is using it to finish the traditional Romanian smoked pork sour soup... Delicious!
