An authentic, Romanian jam recipe made with only spontaneous mountain strawberries & sugar. That's it! 100% natural & free from additives & preservatives. Prepared in the traditional way - in a cauldron like pan over a wood fire, by hand. This jam is boiled at a low temperature and with a minimum of sugar in order to preserve the vitamins, aroma & colour of the fruit - 70% strawberries & 30% sugar.
A sweet, aromatic and unmistakable jam that brings about childhood memories of summer. We love it paired with a burrata cheese and fresh thyme or simply served with vanilla ice cream and crushed meringue. Yes Please!
