Description
An authentic, Romanian jam recipe made with only spontaneous mountain raspberries & sugar. That's it! 100% natural & free from additives & preservatives. Prepared in the traditional way - in a cauldron like pan over a wood fire, by hand. This jam is boiled at a low temperature and with a minimum of sugar in order to preserve the vitamins, aroma & colour of the fruit - 70% raspberries & 30% sugar.
A sweet, fresh and fragrant jam that brings about childhood memories. We love it on top of vanilla ice cream or pancakes or paired with a beautiful brie.
