With the arrival of autumn and the gathering of fruits we must remember that the pumpkin is the star of the season. This pumpkin jam has a beautiful smooth, creamy texture and a sweet, rich flavour full of savoury pumpkin notes and a touch of sweet, cinnamon spice.
In addition to its strong aroma and taste the pumpkin also has numerous health benefits. Pumpkin is rich in Vitamin A, carotenoids, potassium as well as being an excellent source of fibre. This pumpkin jam is made only from pumpkin, sugar & cinnamon, absolutely no added water or additives.
