Yellow beans are a firm summer favourite in Romania... With their sweet, nutty, grassy flavour and their firm yet creamy texture, they make the perfect addition to the traditional Romanian 'Zacusca'. A vegetable spread that is a must have for every pantry, perfect for slathering on fresh bread and a must have to take to any picnic.

Prepared in the traditional way - over a wood fire in a cauldron like pan known as a 'ceaun'. 100% natural and free from additives, it's made with beans, roasted red peppers, onions, tomatoes, oil & seasoning. Made at the end of every summer to preserve the seasons beauty and to enjoy the deliciousness of summer through the winter months.

Storage
